Your own sanctuary.  Living on 53 acres with 100 acre views has some very BIG advantages.  Peacefullness and the ability to do what you want to on your own land.  ATV in the creek, shoot your rifle or just lounge by the pool while you read with no one around to watch.  It's a great place to be.  Enjoy your new home!
